Acceptance of Terms

  1. By accessing or using the Grafivox Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
  2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services and Scope

  1. Grafivox Studio provides creative visual design services, including graphic design, digital assets, illustrations, and presentation materials. These services are creative in nature and do not include advertising management, software development, or media distribution.
  2. All work is performed on a project basis as agreed in writing. Any additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
  3. We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee that every project will meet your specific expectations. We encourage open communication throughout the creative process.

Client Responsibilities

  1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project. Delays caused by incomplete or late feedback may affect delivery timelines.
  2. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for materials you provide (e.g., logos, images). You warrant that you have the right to use such materials.
  3. You agree to review and approve deliverables within the timeframes specified. Failure to respond may result in project delays.

Payment and Fees

  1. Pricing for services is as quoted in the project proposal. All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable once work has commenced, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
  2. A deposit may be required before starting work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final files are delivered.
  3. Late payments may incur a 5% fee per month, and work may be suspended until payment is received.

Intellectual Property

  1. Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables. Grafivox Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and promotional materials.
  2. Any source files, drafts, and preliminary concepts remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
  3. You may not resell or redistribute our work as stock or templates.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Grafivox Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to deliver.
  2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Termination

  1. Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure within 10 days.
  2. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to that point.

Governing Law

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
