Refund Policy

General Policy

  1. Because our services are creative and customized, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
  2. If you have not yet received any deliverables and the project has not started, you may cancel within 7 days of deposit for a full refund.

Project Cancellation

  1. If you decide to cancel a project after work has commenced, you are entitled to a refund only for the portion of work not yet completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  2. To cancel, you must provide written notice via email. We will then calculate the refund amount based on the percentage of work completed.
  3. Any files created up to the cancellation point remain our property unless you pay for the completed portion in full.

Revisions and Rejects

  1. Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
  2. If you are unsatisfied with the initial concepts, we will work with you to refine them. Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind or did not like the creative direction after work has begun.

Non-Delivery

  1. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the agreed-upon work due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to continue once the issue is resolved.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  1. If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to dispute it and may suspend future services.

Refund Processing

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
